6.回傭commission
在本和議期滿時，若乙方實行了第二款所規則的數額，甲方應按裝運貨色所收到的發單累計總金額付給乙方*%的回傭。

7.商場情景匯報reportsonmarketconditions
乙方每3個月向甲方供給一次相關其時商場情景和用戶看法的精細匯報。同聲，乙方應隨時向甲方供給其余供給商的一致商品樣本及其價錢、出賣情景和告白材料。

8.傳播告白用度advertising&publicityexpenses
在本和議靈驗期內，乙方在上述經銷地域所作告白傳播的十足用度，由乙方自理。乙方須事前向甲方供給傳播告白的圖案及筆墨證明，由甲方審查承諾。

9.和議靈驗期validityofagreement
本和議經兩邊簽名后奏效，靈驗期為天，自至。若一方蓄意延遲本和議，則須在本和議期滿前1個月書面報告另一方，經兩邊計劃確定。
若和議一方未實行和議條件，另一方有權中斷和議。
